Reposts, renewals, and the posting timeline

Job postings on LinkedIn run in 30-day cycles. When a listing reaches the end of a cycle, an employer can either renew it or close it and post it again as a new listing.

A Renewed badge means a new posting cycle started on the same listing. You'll see this as "Renewed 1×," "Renewed 2×," and so on, counting how many cycles the listing has gone through.

A Relisted badge means the previous listing was closed and a new one was created. You'll see "Relisted 1×," "Relisted 2×," and so on. Your report shows what changed between listings when we can detect it, including any salary movement.

A Clean badge means no prior posting history was found for this listing.

The posting timeline below your report shows every cycle in order, oldest to newest. Each entry shows the date, which board it was posted on, and a tag describing what happened at that point: first posted, renewed, reposted, or a salary change. If the listing is no longer active, the final entry shows when and where it stopped appearing. If it's still active, the final entry shows "Active now" along with how many days it's been running.
