Hiring signals, explained

Hiring Signals show company-level context for the role you're viewing. This section is available to subscribers on any plan.

Up to four signals are shown, when data is available:

• Open roles — how many positions the company currently has posted, and the percentage change from 30 days ago
• Headcount — how the company's total workforce has changed over the past 12 months
• Department team — how the specific team behind this role has changed in size over the past 3 months, when department-level data is available
• Attrition — the company's estimated annual turnover rate. Above 6% is shown as elevated; at or below 6% is shown as low

Not every company has all four signals available. If there isn't enough reliable data for a company, you'll see a note that hiring signal data isn't available yet, rather than an estimate.

Hiring signals are derived from publicly tracked job posting data and company headcount records. They reflect what's publicly listed, not internal company information.
