Upgrading, downgrading, and monitored role caps

Each plan has a limit on how many roles you can monitor at once: 3 for Basic, 8 for Standard, 15 for Pro. Once you reach your plan's limit, you'll need to upgrade to monitor additional roles. There's no way to monitor more roles than your plan allows.

Upgrading takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, and your new report and monitoring limits apply right away.

Downgrading clears your monitored roles entirely. Your saved roles are not affected and remain in your account. After a downgrade, you can reselect roles to monitor, up to your new plan's limit, at any time.
